The work is more about portraying the "21st century Mongolian" in Yideer's eyes, giving the character a mysterious sense of tradition and modernity, classical and future with his perspective. ### **Secret Islay** Islay—a pilgrimage destination for peat whisky lovers. Islay is one of Scotland's legal whisky sub-regions, and because of the abundance of peat, the island's whisky is mostly known for its strong peat flavor. The thick smoke mixed with the wet and salty sea breeze produces a wild peaty smoky whisky. So productive is Islay that it is often forgotten how small it is, just 24 kilometers at its longest point, with a resident population of about 3,000, yet housing 11 (and more to come) whisky distilleries.
